At GML Homes, the pre-construction phase is where we handle all the behind-the-scenes details — including permits, surveys, utilities, and coordination — so your build starts smoothly and stays on track.

We conduct multiple walkthroughs throughout your build to ensure every detail meets your expectations. This includes a pre-clearing lot walkthrough to identify and preserve the trees you want to keep, a site walkthrough to confirm home placement, a framing walkthrough, and a dedicated cabinet and electrical walkthrough. These steps ensure your layout, features, and systems are fully coordinated and aligned with your needs.During the trim phase, we walk the home with you to finalize and coordinate paint, countertops, flooring, and backsplash, creating a cohesive, high-end finish throughout your home.

At the final stage, we conduct a detailed final walkthrough and blue-tape inspection to review every detail. We’ll also go over landscaping, fencing, and any remaining coordination needed for your move-in, ensuring everything is complete and ready for you to enjoy your new home.
